Checkers is a total disappointment

I am writing to raise a formal complaint regarding the quality of chicken I received through Checkers Sixty60.

I placed an order via Checkers Sixty60 on 17/05/26 and the chicken delivered had an unacceptable smell and appeared to be of poor quality. It was not fit for consumption.

This is not the first time I have experienced a similar issue with food quality from Checkers Sixty60. I have raised complaints previously, but I have not seen any improvement. The recurring nature of this problem suggests a systemic issue with food handling and safety standards.

This poses a serious health risk, and as a customer, I expect Checkers to uphold proper food safety protocols at all times.

I value Checkers as a retailer and would prefer to continue shopping with you, but I cannot do so if food safety cannot be guaranteed.
