Checkers is a disappointment

Ordered a bicycle for my son he turned 3 , what supposed to be a happy cherished moment turn to a sad and disappointed moment , i bought a bicycle that was on special for 399 when we opened the box and tried to put the left paddle on i notice the *****s was warned out and didnt want to ***** in , I did a return my collection was done at 10am but no refund , I waited I call the call center twice , at 2pm still no refund , so I bought another bike on app with my own money again and waited for delivery of the new bike while still waiting for refund of the first one , I had to pay for delivery again when it wasnt my fault , I then finally got my refund , and waited for my second order , the bike came , and same problem again the right paddle goes in perfectly the left paddle as a problem , I think all the bikes need to be checked , I now did another return and waiting collection, my son got no birthday present, and he was crying , what a disappointment, I a m very annoyinged, supposed to be a happy day for my son , just turned out bad
