Checkers drivers are ****ming us

Today I made 2 purchases via checkers app, first order it was in the morning 10:45am, my order was not delivered and when I checked where is the driver, he was on the move. Second purchase it was 14:37, I decided to go wait at our complex gate with the security. 10min after I was there I saw my order getting cancelled again, reason for cancellation the couldn’t get hold of me. That surprise me cause me being at the gate I was making things easy for the driver yet me and the security guy we didn’t see anything. R72 I have lost today for things that were not delivered.
