Checkers customer care shocking uncompassionate rude behaviour

Shocking absolutely shocking customer care!!!I was laughed at and finally after four days of phoning them looking for my order ,which was for my five dogs dog pellets and milk .had gone missing. ..I finally found it at a neighbour's house they had delivered to the wrong address.
