Checkers Computicket ****

I would like to express my frustration with the poor service I have received from Nomusa Dlamini at Computicket. I won the "Christmas in December" competition, which included a flight voucher. Despite clearly stating that my departure city is Nelspruit, I was sent bus tickets from Kimberley to Cape Town instead. And thereafter a quotation on prices to purchase flights from Nelspruit.

After numerous attempts to resolve the issue and claim my rightful prize, I am still without my flight tickets. To make matters worse, flight prices have now increased, meaning I would need to pay in due to the representative's incompetence. This experience has been extremely disappointing, and I urge Computicket and Checkers to address this matter promptly and ensure I receive my prize as advertised and not lose my paid accomodation for the requested time.
