I will be reporting you guys to your Ombadsman
This the 10th order I've had an issue with and have not received my goods but yet I get charged R35 of delivery!
This last order the driver did not move! I sent him entrance code,asked where he was and even let him know that on the app it's showing that he has not moved! Yet he cancelled my order and said no one was home ,which is not true! That order consists ofy babies FOOD and nappies!
I want a follow on the driver! Hopewell Dube! And my delivery fees reimbursed!

I also spent my last !!!!!and because they credit the wallet on the App and not give an actual refund I had to keep trying on the checkers 60sixty with the hopes that my good will finally be delivered !!!
If the credit was going into my account I would have tried pick n pay ! But because it's on the checkers wallet it forces me to keep trying with the hopes that my kids will finally get food and nappies delivered?!! I want a refund on all the cancelled deliveries because these drivers did not come and **** and said no one was home to accept delivery! Please also check my communication with these drivers!!!!!! I sent each one entrance codes and followed up with them
