CHECKERS 60SIXTY BAD

My experience with Checkers Sixty60 has been deeply disappointing.

I paid for a delivery, but unfortunately missed a call from the driver who couldn’t get access. My order was returned. I immediately called Sixty60 and explained the situation. They promised the order would be re-delivered. In fact, they even called back to confirm the driver’s cell number, which I provided.

Despite the assurances, nothing happened. After waiting again and calling back multiple times, I was finally told the order was returned to the store and that I would need to re-order — and would only receive my refund 12 hours later.

This means I was left with no food, no refund, and no help.

Their website offers no way to request support, and every time I phoned, I got a different excuse. The staff were unhelpful, rude, and refused to give their names. There was no accountability and no real assistance at any point.

This level of service is unacceptable, especially from a major retailer. I expected better.
