Checkers 60/60 Service Delays

I have raised this concern numerous times, yet no one has had the decency to respond to my emails.

Your service promise is delivery within 60 minutes, but this is no longer being met. Orders consistently take 2 hours or more, which defeats the purpose of the 60/60 commitment.

For example, today I placed a small order (only 3 items) at 08:56. Shopping had not even started, as I’m typing this email. Delivery promise showed 11:00 with an ETA of 10:50 – almost 2 hours later. This is unacceptable. Each time I send an email, only then does movement suddenly happen on my order.

This is very poor service, and I expect a clear explanation as to why the 60-minute delivery promise is not being honoured, as well as what corrective action will be taken.
