Checkers 60/60

This was my complaint to checkers sixty/60 on January 5. Order number ***. You would think they reached out nothing! People are hyping checkers up too much hence the poor service lately! I just want to complain about the terrible service of your checkers 60/60. I placed my order 15:27 the app showed it would be delivered at 16:28, time then moved to 16:37 my shopping was done by 16:07. At 17:00 I called to find out how far my order was, I was informed that I should receive it before 18:30. I literally received my order now 18:45! More than 3 hours later! Honestly disappointed in this service and doubt that I'll be making use of this again.
