Checkers 60 NOT 60 at all

For the umpteenth time my delivery is late, not only late. Almost 45 minutes late!!!! Do not call yourself 60 if you do not keep up with delivery times. I ordered 9 items!!!!!! Our whole day’s plans now have to alter. I could have stopped at a store myself now I am homebound to wait for the delivery. I phoned three times to cancel and still waiting for someone to answer!!!!
