Checkers 60-7hrs

Placed an order at 12h55 only got a delivery for 16h00, only to receive my deliver at 18h40...called the store and they told me that they have a problem on the system logged a complain with their IT department and had no response, this is very very poor service for a service that suppose to have a 60min turn around time not a ****** almost 7hours this is ridiculous, this is not even the first time that it has happened...lets see if they will even have the decency to respond.
