Checker6060 is a rare instance of excellent service.

I've been using Checkers6060 for quite a while, and I have found them to be very reliable.

Previously I tried other alternatives (such as the Pick 'n Pay app) and they fell FAR short of the experience I have always had with Checkers6060.

The reason I'm writing this review is that my driver got lost earlier. The help I received was excellent. Not only did they ensure my order arrived, they contacted me a while later to confirm that all was good.

To me this is in stark contrast to the services we receive in this country with other companies. I just really appreciated how efficient their app is compared to their competitors, but most especially their customer care is in response to a complaint.
