Checker Blue Route Mall, Tokai, ****py service

My order was incomplete with an item (7kg potatoes) I really needed.

I know the shops are hectic but all Customers should be prioritized, else why offer the Service?...

I reached out to Checkers and they just say no re-deliver, I explained my logic since it was the Shop's negligence I feel they should have made provision, not offer a credit...

I then ask for the Manager who explained the same and I feel they should have done better.

Now in order for me to get my potatoes I have to order over R150 + pay delivery fees for their fault.

Honestly not impressed
