Checker 60sixty deliveries are a danger on the road

These people are foreigners that disregard our traffic rules and regulations. They have a total disregard for other road users and living in absolute filthy situations. they live at least twenty people in back rooms in one yard, and is very unruly. I am referring to the drivers in the South of JHB Turffontein / Rosettenville area. They very arrogant so much so that i almost had a fight with one of them who ran away when i stopped my vehicle and got out of the car. I was with my family in the car and he endangered our lives at the time.
