Card *****

I have been a loyal customer with them. Literally but food every week from the app but recently, my privacy has been breached. I use my husbands card to buy groceries for my family in South Africa but someone has accessed the card details and is using the same card, on a different account to buy food on the very same app. So far 4/5 transactions have gone through and all they seem to do is just close the accounts that made those purchases. Nothing else and they even closed my account- but even after that, that person made another purchase using the card on the app. This is a breach of my privacy. Just closing the accounts is not enough because it doesn’t seem to stop them! I need to know how they got the card details if they were saved only on my profile? How the card cannot be blocked from being used on the app if I’ve reported it? Is checkers only worried about sales and not our safety?
