Perhaps it is unfair to give you one star as I don't know what the new app is like as I am still waiting for your team to sort my log in to the new app out (although a quick whip around the internet suggests that most people are not very happy with the new app).

Your little bot response promised 24 hours and it is more than that now. Why didn't you sort this out BEFORE rolling out the new app? It really is such a poor and unprofessional show. You could have apologised after 24 hours and requested patience. All that is left now is frustration and irritation.
