Call Centre Extraordinaire! What amazing service - THANK YOU

I had an issue with the app where it stopped working. I phoned the call centre was assisted by Sisipho Soga. She was most helpful and patient. She went as far as to go through all issues on the phone, wait while we tried OTP's, email links, uninstalling and reinstalling the app. When we did not come right, she immediately sent me an email asking for more details and screenshots.
