Bike drivers is unsafe

Our roads are very unsafe with these Sixty60 bike riders on the road. On the 15th of July 2024 one of these bikes smashed into my vehicle as it came speeding around the corner while I was pulling out of a driveway in Athlone Avenue in Brakpan. Thank heavens no one got hurt. But in minutes there was about 15 of these bike drivers on the scene of the accident and while I was trying to calm down my 11year old son that was in the car with me there was 3 of these drivers that came and asked me for my drivers license, took pictures and asking my personal information. Then they tried to get a confession out of me to state that the accident was my fault! I put in a claim with Checkers to fix my vehicle as the damaged was so bad I could not drive my car home and had to be towed. Today after two months the insurance company (OUT Surance) came back to me and informed me they will not be fixing my vehicle because the driver of the bike stated that the accident was not his fault as he had right of way and I came pulling out of a parking bumping into him. 1. The parking that I pulled out of was in a very busy road and there was a corner where you cant see if there is any oncoming traffic. 2. If the driver kept to his speed limit I would have had ample time to pull out of the parking safely and this accident could have been avoided. 3. The speed limit is 60KM/h but the driver was clearly doing more than that as I received footage from nearby businesses that shows the driver was speeding significantly compared to other traffic on the road. 4. Why is it in order for a person with a Malawi drivers license to come and speed in South-Africa, make an accident and get away with it? 5. There is multiple Checkers bike drivers walking around with my personal information as there is such a thing as POPI act. 6. Is it okay for Checkers employees to try and manipulate victims into confession? 7. I was informed by multiple individuals working in that street that the are constantly battling to get out of that driveways because of these bike drivers that is speeding like crazy. Is this the image that Checkers wants to portray? Their drivers can speed and make accidents all they want as long as customers gets their groceries' within 60 minutes?

I have never made an accident in my life and now the vehicle that I was using for work is standing and I cant work as I am unemployed and working from home, my vehicle was my means of income and now I cant provide for my family.

I need to warn everyone on the road to watch out for these drivers as they do not care about anyone else on the road. I feel this cant be left here as innocent people are now suffering because of unsafe drivers on the road that is employed by Checkers.
