Bad Smelling 5kg Chicken - Account being Suspended

I bought 5kg on Checkers sixty, it hat white patches, that is not from the ice or due to being frozen. my daughter took some of the portions to boil them the entire kitchen was smelling horrible from the chicken. When i reached home she showed them to me and I took pictures sent to checkers.

Suddenly had response that my account is inactive, no refund, not even offering to fetch their chicken but being bullying, (to further investigation), what is Checkers implying to me? Ticket *** On the call with their Contact Centre I even mentioned this is not the first time, I complained about their chicken.

I this industry aware how chicken can be poisonous? What is to investigate?
