Bad Service, cannot trust 60/60

I ordered this morning from 60/60 asked for delivery between 17h00 and 18h00, needed it for supper, it is now 20h20 still nothing, I phoned Customer Service but they were not helpful at all, just said there is a back log. We waited for them all night because on the app it show they are still delivering.Order number ***
