Bad service and customer service department

Today I placed my order for delivery between 5pm and 6pm. I get home just after 5pm in the evening. As I turned into the street at 1705, the Sixty60 driver drove off. He phoned me the first time at 1655, and then left before 1705. Now if you place an order between 5 and 6 pm delivery, surely the driver would know that this person works. I was in traffic and could not answer my phone which was in my bag on the way home when it rang. This order was returned to the store and the money less delivery refunded at 17:07 so basically ordering for between 5 and 6 pm means absolutely nothing to Checkers. I phoned the customer service and the man who spoke to me was so unprofessional and kept on calling me "my love" . Bottom this was a horrible experience and I probably wont use Checkers soon again as this was the most unprofessional customer service I have ever received from anyone.
