Bad service

I order a vape from Checkers they delivered and it doesn't work. When I called in they told me I must come in the shop and bring it. I spent a delivery amount and now I'm told to come in store to sort their problem is unacceptable. There's a reason we use delivery services so we don't have to go into stores. If you selling faulty products it's not the customers fault.
