BAD SERVICE

Extremely BAD Service!!!!! I order not one BUT 2 IGNITE devices for R400 it Arrived not only does the production date CLEARLY STATE 07/2023 on the outside both devices are deffective sounds like it wants to explode I am then told I have to go INTO the store to get it exchanged WHERE IS THE CONVENIENCE IN THAT.????? CHECKERS DO BETTER THIS IS DISSAPOINTING AND HIGHLYINCONVENIENT!!WHATS THE POINT IN ORDERING THEN???
