Checkers, just as you are quick to take people’s money on your application, you should have the same level of efficiency when resolving the problems you cause.

Your driver collected my package at 6:15 p.m. I followed the delivery and even rewrote the address in the notes, although I know all the information is already there. I did it again just to make sure he could clearly see it. Then at 6:16 p.m., he marked the delivery as canceled, saying the customer was not present.
