Bad Customer Service

I placed my order around 12:00 and ETA was 2-3pm which was strange for a service that promise to deliver in... at 15:30 I'm still waiting for my order and the ETA on App now says 3-4pm. The most frustrating thing about this, is that there's no communication from the checkers
