Bad customer service

The Checkers at Ermelo Merino Mall is the worse. Every time I place an order they always don't have the meat items on my grocery list but when I get to the store they have plenty of that. Even if you put it an alternative, it's as If the people that pick are lazy to look. Today I placed an order and they failed yet again to bring all my items but when I got to the store they had drumsticks.

If you are out of stock, just say so on the app so we dont place an order. The is no point in paying R35 for delivery, if I have to go back to the store to get the items myself. Or better yet call and ask if I still need the grocery if those items are not included.
