Bad apple, rotten bag

I received a bag with half the apples rotten, not just bruised, obviously rotten and it should have not been missed at the shopping and packing stage. I would usually let such slide but it has happened a number of times now. Fruits and veg that are old or very close to expiry seem to be given to the online deliveries.
