Appalling service and lack of communication

I ordered online order no *** money deducted from my account . I waited for my order and went back to the app just to see my order was cancelled but no money was trf back into my account. I called Southgate they said I should re order... How when that was the onky money I had in my account and thanks to checkers I had to stay without something to eat. Calling the call centre was disappointing and disastrous no one answered. I want my refund 😡 😡 😡 😡 😡 😡 😡 😡
