App useless

Downloaded app, cant enter date of birth. Said that within 24 hours issue will be resolved. Received a whatsapp message that the app issue was sorted and I can proceed to log in and use the app. Tried and same problem. The app has the same problem as in their stores all over the country, NO SERVICE!!
