App issues without care from call Center.

Unacceptable service with the app issue, Since day 1, I've been having issues with logging into my app. I have spoken with the service department 3 to 4 times to assist, nothing comes off it. I've been paying the R99 unlimited deliveries for 3 months without even 1 delivery. Clearly they don't seem to care at all. They make it "easy" for you to download the app and order online, just to find out you better off without it. I've logged calll about 15 times for assistance, but no-one is competent to assit at all. They ***** you money each month with a smile. Checkers sixty60 I'm disappointed and a word of mouth goes far. No one has gotten back to me ever after calls and calls and calls. Useless.
