App and Shop prices

I visited my Sixty60 App today and saw 6 pack of Indian Tonics for R49.00 which I added to my cart but because I work closer to a Checkers Hyper in Rustenburg Platinum Square I decided to go into the store to get my tonics. When I got to the store I saw the price on the shelves was R69.00 and I called the Sixty60 patrons and they asked me to ask someone who usually packs those tonics. The guy suggested that I take the G****fruit ones and see if they will give it on the Sixty60 price because he is not sure however he will go to the store room just to check if they have stock. Went to the tills and there was no discount when we tilled the Tonics, I asked to see the manager who also confirmed that " Sometimes" the App says "App only" but since this time it did not say there's nothing she can do but unfortunately I will need to pay the full price. I mean what nonsense is this Checkers? How can the prices on the App be different to the store? Please make it make sense to me because I saw a price online and I want to pay that than having to be charged R36 for delivery while I can just walk to the store.

I am so not happy with this and demand I get feedback asap.
