Absolutely Disgusting Service – Zero Accountability

Checkers’ delivery service is a complete disgrace. I received damaged items at my doorstep, and instead of taking responsibility as promised, they accused me of lying and then deactivated my account to avoid refunding R518 worth of damaged goods. This is not customer service — it’s ************ and avoidance. Punishing a paying customer for reporting damaged items is *********, unacceptable, and downright dishonest. If this is how Checkers handles legitimate complaints, then they clearly have no respect for their customers. I have never felt so insulted by a company. This was a waste of money, time, and trust. I will never use Checkers again and strongly advise others to think twice before ordering. I’ll be sticking with Mr D, where at least customers aren’t treated like ********s for expecting basic service. Shame on you, Checkers.
