Absolutely disgusting and pathetic service

If I could rate a zero star, I would.

I am very upset and annoyed by the *********** service I received today.

I placed an order an 12:49 and the eta was 13:49, the order ended up being picked up by the driver at 14:57, only to be told 3 minutes later that the order has been cancelled as the driver could not find the address.

The driver did not even attempt to contact me to find out where the address is, I have been waiting for the order since 13:00 only to be told that the driver could not find the address when he didn't even attempt to look for it.

My mom is 65 and diabetic, I was waiting for the food to cook for her and now the order has been cancelled, my money gone.

I want an immediate refund of my money now, not withing 3-5 business because now I have make another plan for my mother
