Absolute no commitment from Checkers and promises that lead to nothing

I ordered water and containers for my 95 year old parents in the Wilgers retirement village on 26 May 2025 with their delivery scheduled by 17h00 on the same day. It is now 17h00 on 28 May and water will be cut off for 4 days starting 29 May and my parents are now without drinking water or containers to fill for the toilets while I am i. Hoedspruit and can do nothing to help them. All the marketing and advertising has been wasted as true colours have now been shown. We made phone calls yesterday and today without any commitment made by them for a scheduled delivery other than a daily update to reschedule to the next day. Excuses on delivery problems but that is their problem to fix and not mine or my parents problem who rely on their service commitments
