A delay of 3hr by Checkers Sixty60min delivery

In Cape Town, Kuilsriver delivery expected from Checkers in Langverwacht. Today I placed an order at 09:33 which has not yet reached me yet. At 11:25 Checkers consultant called me to inform me about the cancellation due to them losing track of their driver mind you this is more than an hour of waiting. I then had to reorder which happened successfully at 11:30 and I was told that my order was going to be prioritised upon reordering which did not happen hence I ended up calling Checkers Sixty60 min helpline to find out why was order unattended for the consultant to ask me if I was promised that my order was going to be prioritised, as if they are not on the market for delivering within sixty60min. He then spoke with operations to attend to my order next in line he claims. In a nutshell I ended up receiving the order at12:42, mind you I placed the order hoping that it would be delivered at least by 10:33 for the person I was ordering for to be able to take their medication at least before noon.
