3 1/2 hour wait before collecting my own order

On 19/10/24 at 11:49 I made use of checkers Sixty60 Order *** by 15;00 my order had still not been delivered I contacted Checkers Vredendburg to find out when I could expect my order Their answer was they did not know, I eventually drove to checkers Vredendburg to collect my order What was shocking is that the Sixty60 counter was overflowing with orders that still needed to be delivered. What was upsetting is that there was no manager assisting the Sixty60 staff with orders that had been sitting on the counter for more than an hour. I would have expected a manager or someone in a senior position to be behind the counter checking times and trying to assist customers that have been waiting for more than 3 hours to get their order. Instead, I found the managers having a casual conversation in the office When I expressed my concern and told them that I expect the tip that I had given to the driver to be refunded to me, I was told that there is a customer care line and that I should take it up with them The manager on duty did not have enough respect for me as a client to even stand up and walk me to the Sixty60 counter He remained in his seat with a smug smile on his face
