1st and last time using checkers sixty60

Downloaded the checkers 60 app yesterday to use it for the 1st time which was the worst decision of my life. Checkers is clearly running a ****. I placed a order and paid the 30 minutes I get a message that my order will be incomplete because some of the items are out of stock, I called their call center immediately to cancel the whole thing as I needed the whole order. I was told by the agent that she escalated my tequest and the order was canceled and won't be delivered. 10 minutes after hanging up the driver arrived saying he was not told not to deliver. I sent the order back and call again and was told that I would not get charged for the delivery as it was their error ref*** and o will get a full refund. But they charged me the delivery amount and now they are ignoring my emails
