Unattended complaint
Dear head office , I am writing to formally complain about the fat cakes I recently purchased from your Checkers Sandton Gate store. After eating the fat cakes, I became unwell and had to visit a doctor. Following my consultation, I was informed that my illness may have been caused by fungus or mould contamination in the fat cakes I consumed. I am very disappointed because I even tried to inform the store manager an responded with a stinking attitude telling me why am I the only person who's experience that. as I expected the food sold by your store to be fresh and safe for consumption. This experience has caused me discomfort, inconvenience, and medical expenses. I kindly request that you investigate this matter urgently and advise me on how you intend to resolve it. I still have proof of purchase and can provide any additional information if required. I look forward to your prompt response.
