Bad and disappointing customer service from Checkers Rustenburg Mall
Today the 28th of July I bought 3 pieces of fried Hake with a Garlic bread this afternoon around 13h30 and when we try to have a decent dinner with my family only to find out that the fish was rotten and smelling very bad. We called the shop but the kady from customer services was not helping and her approach was not customer care friendly and we decided to go the shop before it closes.We spoke to a lady Manager in charge and she argued with us and telling us that the fish is not rotten but seems like its half cooked and the smell is coming from not being fully cooked. How is hat pisdible? I am very disappointed with their customer services and how they deal with complaining customers.My other concern is that my child has already eaten the fish and when I tell them that they only said they are sorry!
