I was treated like trash like u don't matter in the present of my children

I was treated like trash like i don't matter on saturday the 30 May 2026 at around 08:05 in the morning i visited Checkers at Savannah i packed my car on entrance 3, i was with my 5 years old twins girls. Outside the entrance there was Checkers trolleys i try to get one trolley the lady who was collecting the trolleys ask me where i was going i told her i was going inside the mall she was dressed in grey uniform that represent the trolley management at Checkers , i ask here why do u ask me such a question do u ask all the customers this kind of question ? She said yes its is her job to ask she immediately grabbed the trolley off my hand not in a nice way and said "You will not have this trolley " i was shocked my daughters was terrified by her beheviour. As if that was not enough i went to the store and reported what happened to the manager he went outside to look for her and never returned .After 30min if waiting the lady who traumatised my kids came to the store walking in and out as if nothing happened she came in with the mop she started talking to this other lady who is also a employee of Checkers white lady and they laugh about it , after few minutes the white lady decide to cone to me to find out out what happened , i explained to her and she told me that lady in grey uniform is denying this allegation i told her to pull out a cctv footage and see what happened .She told me she spoke to the owner whisn i know was liying she was not even willing to do anything about this she just wanted to make me leave .I bought what i came for and left In my entire history of shopping at chloride and checkers i was never treated like that , Checkers Savannah i will never look at it the same way as long as i live in polokwane i will never purchase there again .. I don't want special treatment i was equal treatment
