BAD AND DISGUSTING SERVICE

Morning On the 3rd i went to checkers northmead square i spent over 2K in vouchers which i had received, first of all the teller was not at all friendly and when i left i and got home i realized that i hadn't gotten my change. i called in the next day sent my slips and all my proof and spoke to Muzi he said he would need to investigate and get back to me this never happened i had to call again. i also bought 2 delli sarmies 49 x2 which were bad i told him. i had to prove re the change and eventually he said i must come in for refund. i told him i could only come in the weekend as i wasn't well. Muzi insisted i keep the Delli's and by the weekend they were stinking my car out. i find this disgusting. when i went in saterday i asked for him and waited 30 minutes when he came he said i must get what i want and call him, i did and when i came back waited a further 45minutes for him. Is this how such a large store works keeping peoples change and treating clients of 14years like this... i am still shocked! such bad treatment i have never known before. Mrs Bester. ***
