Harassed and embarrassed by a cashier

I am hurt and disappointed at the attitude i received today at ALBERTON CHECKERS NEW MARKET MALL i went there to buy pots it a birthday present for myself I've been eyeing those pots for a long time i was paying at till no 27 the cashiers name is LUNGILE PATRONELLA MAMETJA i greeted her in zulu she didn't respond i gave her my extra savings card she swiped it she busy looking me up and down sizing me she scans the pots and the bread i bought ,them she proccedds to say to the packer that was helping me park the pots in the trolley open those pots and check if all the lids are there because these ones like buying pots here then come back say there no lids the packer ignores her she respected three times untill the packer opened the box and checked i didn't utter a single the way i was so embarrassed ,then the cashier proceeds to narrate a story of another customer who bought the pots and complained that there were no lids after checking cameras it was discovered that she was given a complete set she was trying to **** the shop,my question is how is this story that she is narrating related to me because i am not that customer who tried to **** the shop
