Stale food

I ordered from Checkers a full chicken and chips and hotcross buns. Now the chicken was not fresh, the buns were stale and don't let me even talk about the buns. This would not be an issue but it happens repeatedly and I once phoned the store to let them know but nothing helps. This is reprehensible to say the least. Someone needs to account because we pay for this food.
