Good store. Poor staff conduct

Hi, this is Titus, a regular customer at Checkers Cnr Gerhard & Jean Ave. On 20 May I was wrongly treated like a ***** by your staff and I’m not happy about it.

I made a harmless joke with a cashier at a closed till. Later I turned around a “closed” sign that was facing the wrong way. While standing with my friend at Mudau’s till, I heard another staff member ask “Why are you putting money there?” while looking straight at me. I never touched money.

That kind of accusation in front of other customers is unacceptable. It was unprofessional, embarrassing, and made me feel disrespected in your store. I expect this to be investigated and addressed with the staff involved. I want confirmation this won’t happen again, or I’ll take it further.
