Horrible service from Checkers fourways and Mean Manager!

I purchased a 1 voucher, and the cashier, Anele, gave me a flash token. When I returned it, I spoke with Nancy, the supposed admin manager, who told me I could come to the store for a refund. I went back to the store and spoke with the floor manager, Macdonald, who contacted the flash company. To my surprise, he told me I needed to find a ****a shop to exchange it! I repeatedly asked how it was my fault since the cashier gave me the wrong token, but the floor manager showed no empathy and simply told me he would investigate and call me back. He never called.

The next day, I returned to the store and spoke to Nancy, who showed no interest. The tech specialist at least tried to help and attempted to involve the admin manager, but she coldly told me they wouldn’t issue a refund and walked away. This was an absolutely horrible experience, and I will never return to this store again!
