Poor Service

Visited Checkers Hyper Eastgate to get bread milk and a few basics on 1st Oct 2024 at 5.07pm. Needed to do a quick shop as had things to do. Stood for half an hour in the queue. No manager on site. One of the staff members said the manager leaves at 4.00pm I advised the cashier was I standing in the Q for so long and she disputed it with me! Rude and unprofessional cashier (Nomcebo Tendy Ndlansamandla). Till slip txn 119. Totally disgusted that a cashier can talk back to a customer and dispute the time that the customer was in the line waiting to be served. Only 3 tills were open. After complaining a fourth till was opened. Customers were lined up right around the shop and I was not the only customer complaining. Very disappointing!
