zipho xulu the worst cashier ever

This is by far the worst service I have ever received in my life. I have never been so belittled. I made a purchase at checkers gateway using a gateway voucher card. While processing the payment I selected the “budget” option when I should have selected “straight” or vice versa. Your cashier Zipho Xulu almost chopped my head off. I advised her that I don’t know which option to select since m not using my debit card but NO….. she kept on talking and was very rude. I asked her to select the right option for me and she refused saying it’s not her job hence the speedpoint is facing my side. The person who was packing for her ended up doing it while she kept on being rude. Based on this service I know for sure that I will NEVER shop at any Checkers store. Honestly words fail me to express how annoyed and disappointed I was. Because of her I hate gateway and checkers.
