ZERO/NO support to locate a missing delivery by Checkers Sixty Support team

I ordered items a week ago, and it was not delivered at my home, so I could not find it. I tried getting hld of the driver, logged an issue, I left messages, called the store, left a number, tried again the follow day, then spoke with one of the delivery people to convey a message to the manager, and tried again during this week, but other than a programmatic auto respond email i received every time with a reference number, no-one bothered to follow up as to what happened to my delivery. I even left a message on the Checkers customer support site with no luck
