Zero Customer Service at Checkers Westage

Can you please hire more staff at Month end. Was at Checkers Westgate Shopping Centre on Friday 23 July 2021 and was disgusted at the amount of staff assisting customers vs actual customers. I went to do my normal monthly groceries and to buy some prepaid Electricity. I stood in a queue for about 50 Minutes to pay for my groceries. I then went to buy Electricity at the Money Market counter. There was only 1 person at the till and I waited almost 1 and a half hours to eventually get to the cashier to be told that it seems that the system is offline. What a load of ****. I was so ****ed off. Zero customer service at Checkers Westgate. The service in general at this store is non existent.
