Good day, yesterday I needed money cash back from capitec cash send firstly the first lady just looked at me she did not say next or what so ever I was suppose to assume that I'm next when I got there she doesn't do cash send Secondly the lady said she does not have money I asked her check for me then please, thirdly I told the supervisor that I need cash send capitec then went to this lady and she just did a transaction I was like no its cash send capitec and she was like you did not tell then I told her you could have asked and she was like who mee was not in the mood to answer her. I believe when you assist someone you greet them and ask how can I assist you however I am not white if it was someone white she would have greeted with a huge smile such things always happen.
